Imaginary Friends is dynamic alternative rock band hailing from Trinidad, renowed for their versatility in seamlessly blending genres such as soca, reggae, R&B and pop. Officially formed in 2013 and since their inception, the band has made significant strides in the local music scene, quickly becoming a household name.
Fronted by the multi-talented singer/songwriter Joon Silvermoon, Imaginary Friends have firmly established themselves as a powerhouse within Trinidad and Tobago rock fraternity. Their profound music and energetic performances have garnered them a dedicated following and widespread acclaim.
One of their notable achievements includeds their original music, which topped the indigenous charts for several weeks and receivged substantial airplay on local radio stations. In 2016, the band showcased their talent on an international stage when they were selected to participate in the Club One New Releases TV Series, travelling to Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. This series was broadcasted in both Canada and the United States, significantly expanding their reach. Additionally, over the last three years, Joon Silvermoon has released three original Christmas songs, each of which has been receiving consistent airplay on all radio networks, adding to the band’s diverse and impressive repertoire. Imaginary Friends continues to be highly active, consistently growing their fan base and leaving a lasting impression with every performance.
